02. FROM BITTER TO SWEET
A business can generate
revenue while its owner is depleted.
It can appear successful while being sustained by fear, overfunctioning, unresolved grief, or the belief that one woman must carry everything alone.
But what remains unhealed eventually influences what is built.
PRUNE explores what happens when a woman stops measuring success only by what she can produce and begins examining the soil beneath her leadership
Lasting fruit requires more than endurance. It requires pruning when the orchard produces bitter fruit.

THE PRAYER BENEATH THE HARVEST
God, Restore What Life
Made Bitter
Sis, you're allowed to start with this simple prayer. Because here is my truth. I did not build a business after adversity ended.
As life demanded that I release identities, relationships, expectations, and versions of strength that could no longer carry me, the business still required stewardship. Clients still needed leadership. My children still needed presence. The future still needed preparation.
Through studying three women in the Bible: Deborah, Ruth, and Esther, I began to understand that women are not called to war alone, to glean without wisdom, or to arrive at appointed moments unprepared.
PRUNE traces how I learned to steward a business through continual transition to stop producing from a bitter heart. It is a blueprint for the woman building something meant to outlive the season and help produce a multigenerational legacy.
PRUNE IS FOR THE WOMAN WHO ...
has mastered survival but now wants to produce from wiser discernment.
is tired of carrying leadership, family, vision, and responsibility alone.
wants her faith to shape how she stewards business, money, and influence.
wants to prepare what she is building to serve generations beyond her own.
is ready to examine what her success has cost her.
knows success is not sweet when she must lose herself to sustain it.
01
DISCERN THE ORCHARD
DEBORAH
You do not have to war alone.
Before a woman can build wisely, she must understand what she is fighting, what she is carrying, and what was never hers to carry alone.
Deborah teaches us to examine the soil beneath our decisions, recognize the patterns shaping our leadership, and build the support required to move forward with clarity.
Discern what the next season requires before committing your strength to another battle.
01
PREPARE FOR HARVEST
ESTHER
Build for such a time as this.
Esther reminds us that preparation is not punishment. It is stewardship for an assignment we may not fully understand yet.
Her story challenges women to transform healing into leadership and prepare their businesses, wealth, and influence to serve purposes larger than personal success.
The harvest is not complete until what you built can nourish someone beyond you.
01
STEWARD THE ORCHARD
RUTH
Gather what remains with wisdom.
Ruth entered the field during a season of loss, but she did not allow grief to make her careless with what remained.
Her story teaches women how to rebuild through transition, recognize provision, protect valuable relationships, and steward present resources without allowing pain to determine the quality of future fruit.
You may not control what the season removed, but you can decide how wisely you steward what remains.
