WHY RENESHA

Two fields.
One rare vantage point.

Renesha understands the value of leading within established institutions and the distinct demands of building through ownership. Her perspective honors what each environment can teach, require, and make possible.

This is not an exit story. It is a restoration blueprint for sustainable leadership across changing seasons

Established institutions can offer scale, systems fluency, mentorship, collaboration, and meaningful impact. Entrepreneurship can offer ownership, agility, and new forms of legacy. Neither is the universal answer. PRUNE helps women evaluate capacity, financial readiness, values, responsibilities, and season before choosing how they want to lead next.
